Comments:
The story takes place following the loss of Wally's fortune and after he regains his powers. It contains several flashbacks to different periods in his history.

Synopsis:
Wally West meets with therapist Owen Slade. He expresses an interest in regaining the full speed powers that he originally possessed. Wally tells Slade how he became Kid Flash, joined the Titans, got a new costume, and of his final meeting with Barry. The doctor proposes a theory that it was Barry himself who caused Wally's powers to wane when he used the matter transformer to give Kid Flash a new costume. Wally partially dismisses the theory, but also feels he has not lived up to Barry's ideal.
