Synopsis:
Professor Gurn recruits a member of the Scalotti Gang in order to form his own criminal operation with himself in charge. When a fight breaks out Air Wave arrives on the scene. The gangster flees while Gurn convinces the costumed hero that he was an innocent victim.

After being released by Air Wave, Professor Gurn kidnaps the wealthy heiress Sandra Stowe. Air Wave once again gets involved, but the professor has built a static machine which knocks out the hero. Sandra is able to turn off the machine, allowing Air Wave to recover. He then defeats the gang.
