Synopsis:
While attending a rodeo on Lincoln's birthday, Lee Travis witnesses a robbery. He goes into action as the Crimson Avenger to stop the crooks. He almost apprehends them, but the gang boss releases a bull which is attracted to the Avenger's costume. The Avenger escapes unharmed and protects one the crook's from the bull.

Later, Mallet, the apprehended crook, reveals that the gang will strike again on Washington's birthday. The Crimson Avenger tries to stop them at a magic show, but he is captured. He escapes, then tracks down the crooks one final time at a parade. This time the Crimson Avenger apprehends the crooks and puts an end to the Holiday Hoods.
