This story is continued from Green Arrow #19.

Synopsis:
Following his shooting of a teenager, Oliver Queen has taken up drinking. Hal Jordan takes Ollie into the mountains to do some fishing and get him sober. Hal tries to convince Oliver to stop drinking and forgive himself. The two friends then have a fist fight before hugging it out.

Back in Seattle, the two cops involved in the shooting are back on the street. When they respond to a report of a gang fight, officer Egan is shot by a kid. From his hospital bed, he asks to see the Green Arrow. Ollie visits him and vows to continue fighting. Officer Egan then dies.
