Synopsis:
Following her return home, Psyche is shunned by her parents who do not believe that she is their daughter. The local security forces send hunter robots to kill her. The other Wanderers seek to locate and protect Psyche before the robots find her.

Due to her emotional state, Psyche's powers cause the animals in the area to be drawn to her. When the robots find her, the animals are slaughtered, leading to an emotional outburst. Psyche's powers then put the nearby townspeople and her own teammates into a trancelike state. However, the robots are unaffected.

Psyche makes her way back to her parents' home with her powers depleted. Her mother senses the truth, but her father maintains his belief that she killed his daughter. When the robots track her down, Psyche's parents are killed defending her. The other Wanderers arrive too late to save them, but Psyche survives.
