Anarky in Gotham City Part Two
This story is continued from Detective Comics #608.
Synopsis:
Batman and Commissioner Gordon attempt to stay ahead of the new vigilante Anarky by staking out two likely targets. However, Anarky strikes elsewhere. When Batman arrives on the scene, he finds the vigilante leading a group of homeless men in the destruction of a new construction site. Batman tangles with his masked foe, then chases him.
Batman tracks Anarky to an office building. An employee there, Mike Machin, confesses to being Anarky. However, while grappling with his opponent, Batman realized that Anarky was only a child. He finds Machin's son Lonnie, a twelve-year old boy, hiding. The fight injured Anarky, so Batman has Machin summon an ambulance while he takes the boy into custody.
