Synopsis:
A killer with super powers has been murdering homeless people. The Flash and Pied Piper both want to help catch him, so they team up to set a trap with the help of TV newscaster Linda Park. They successfully lure the killer, who calls himself the Comforter, into a trap. While the Comforter attacks the Flash, the Piper using his horn to hurt him. The Flash then saves Linda by turning the killer's own powers back at him. The Comforter dies as a result.
