This story is continued from Green Lantern #6 and continues in Green Lantern #8.
Synopsis:
The mad Guardian has captured all three Green Lanterns. However, Hal Jordan was able to summon the Guardians of the Universe of help. The Guardians return to confront the old timer. Hal then leads the other two Lanterns to protect the people who have been stolen from their homeworlds. However, John is still under the control of the old timer. The Guardian has also tapped the power of the entire planet. He is able to defeat all twenty two of the Guardians who oppose him.
