Synopsis:
Green Arrow hits the streets in an attempt to locate Reggie Mandell, the crime boss who tortured him. Ollie is approached by Eddie Fyres who now works for the DEA. Fyres recruits Ollie to infiltrate a drug operation and plant a tracking device on a drug shipment. After Ollie completes the mission he returns home. However, Fyres double-crossed him. The device Ollie planted was an explosive. The FBI then arrests Ollie.
