Synopsis:
Small-time crook Joey Sanders has killed professor Zorn and stolen two chemicals, one of which makes him intangible, the other restores him to normal. Using the chemicals he is able to commit phantom robberies and evade capture from the police and Green Arrow. Green Arrow trails Sanders back to his hide-out and pretends that the antidote has not restored Sanders to normal. Believing he is trapped in an intangible state forever, Sanders surrenders the chemicals and himself, but is upset when he learns the archer tricked him and that the antidote did indeed work.
