Synopsis:
Clark Kent enlists as a cadet in the Army Air Forces Technical Training Command. The enlistment is an experiment to prove the training in airplane maintenace and repair that the cadets receive is sufficient. Clark helps another cadet overcome his shortcomings, and then writes an article detailing the excellence of the training he received.
