Synopsis:
Superman receives a challenge from a thief callled Hi-Jack. Answering the challenge Superman tangles with the crook on two separate occasions, but Hi-Jack escapes. The Daily Planet receives a third challenge, so Superman tries to prevent the theft of silver bullion from the vault of banker Jack Jackson. The silver is apparently stolen from the vault, but Jackson is actually Hi-Jack, and was using Superman. The bullion was not in the vault. Superman exposes Jackson’s scheme and turns Hi-Jack over to the police.
