Synopsis:
Mr. Blob, the so-called Tycoon of Crime, has stolen many of the world's greatest art treasures and replaced them with forgeries. When Superman discovers the forgeries and stops the Tycoon's men from stealing more masterpieces, the Tycoon vows to kill the Man of Steel.

The Tycoon lures Superman into a series of death traps, but the Man of Steel survives unharmed. Finally, the Tycoon manages to hypnotize Superman. He orders Superman to kill himself. When Superman can't do it, the hypnosis is broken. Then Superman is able to defeat the Tycoon and recover the stolen artwork.
