Synopsis:
A gangster has ordered rival gangs to start a riot in the waterfront district. A local hero known as the Waterfront Warrior tries to stop the riot, but he is pulled down. Huntress saves him, but the Warrior gets the credit for breaking up the fight. The Warrior then makes a bigger name for himself by chasing off drug dealers and helping honest people. Huntress is jealous of the favorable attention he receives.

However, the gang boss who ordered the riot is not pleased. He orders further attacks in the area, including a raid on a building filled with squatters. The Warrior and the Huntress are there when the attack begins.
