Synopsis:
Slam and Shorty visit a village constructed by the fire safety council to demonstrate the dangers of fire and need for safety. During one of the demonstrations, one of the buildings catches fire prematurely. Inside is a gang of kidnappers, hiding from the law. Slam and Shorty enter the burning building to retrieve a kidnapped baby and defeat the crooks.
