Synopsis:
Superman is summoned to the home of billionaire, Sad Sam Smith. Sad Sam offers to give a billion dollars to charity if someone can make him laugh. Several comedians try and fail. Superman tries his best as well, but to no avail.

After Superman departs, he returns as Clark Kent to write up the story for the Daily Planet. He spots an emergency with his telescopic vision and is forced to change to Superman in front of Sad Sam. Sam begins rolling in laughter at the thought of weakling Clark Kent being Superman. The Man of Steel sees that the emergency has passed, so he plays along with the clutz act. The money is donated to charity, and Superman’s secret identity is safe.
