Synopsis:
Detective John Jones is assigned to catch former film star turned blackmailer, Jeff Hoyt. Jones visits the studio uses his martian powers to gather evidence against Hoyt. He changes back to his human identity and prepares to arrest Hoyt. Hoyt sees him in his martian form and blackmails Jones into not arresting him.
Hoyt uses his hold over Jones to commit crimes. Jones manages to stop the crook from taking anything. When Hoyt wants to rob a bank, Jones decides to turn him in. Hoyt reveals to Jones’ captain that Jones is moonlighting as an actor. It is against regulations to hold a second job. He believed Jones’ martian form was a costume. Jones claims he was wearing the costume to gather evidence, and his secret is safe.
