Synopsis:
Dick Grayson becomes a DJ for his high school radio station. He successfully entertains students with music and news. A short time later a sponsor approaches the station and has Dick read some commercials. The commercials are actually coded instructions to a gang of harbor pirates.

Dick uncovers the code and sets a trap for the crooks. He then captures them as Robin while broadcasting the fight over the radio. Robin finally sets a trap for the sponsor and gang leader, Mr. Smith. After apprehending Mr. Smith, the sponsor is revealed as paroled crook Waterfront Willie.
