Synopsis:
Hop receives a letter from Buddy Tuppins, a boy from Mapletown. Buddy explains that a Nazi spy is running for mayor. Hop flies to Mapletown and paints his plane with Nazi colors. He then skywrites an endorsement for Lauring, the Nazi. When he lands Lauring and his men come after Hop. Dozens of boys from the All-American Flying Club attack the spies and force them to confess. Another man is elected mayor. Hop and the boys receive honors for their help.
