Synopsis:
Hop Harrigan and Tank Tinker rescue a German girl named Anna from an angry mob. She claims that Nazis are blackmailing her, and that they are demanding money or they will kill her brother in Germany. Hop gives her the money, then follows her when she makes the delivery.

Anna meets Nick, one of the blackmail gang. She was working with him, but now is having second thoughts after Hop and Tank helped her. The boys leave their hiding places to confront Nick, only to be surprised by a sudden rush of wind that sends the money flying. When Nick tries to retrieve it, the boys jump him and tie him up.

Hop and Tank then force Anna to reveal the location of the remaining gang members. She warns the boys that they are badly outnumbered. However, when they enter Hop and Tank discover that the Flash has already beaten the crooks.
