Synopsis:
Brooklyn wins a contest on a game show and receives $60,000 worth of prizes. Jewel smugglers decide to hide stolen gems inside one of Brooklyn's prizes, a camera, in order to get them into South America. During the trip, Brooklyn falls overboard. The smugglers rescue him, so that he can continue unknowingly transport the gems. Rip Carter is suspicious and attacks the gang. The camera falls off the boat, so Brooklyn has to use his new diving equipment which was one of the prizes to retrieve it.
