Synopsis:
Fancy Dan, a gangster, kills two cops on patrol in Suicide Beat. The police can’t bring him in because Dan is protected by political boss, Alderman Skigg.

Jimmy Kelly, the son of one of the dead cops and a cop himself, takes over Suicide Beat. With Batman’s help, he turns the neighborhood around. Together they are also able to arrest Dan and Skigg for their crimes.
