Synopsis:
The Mad Hatter seeks to add Batman’s cowl to his collection of famous hats. He makes a schedule of Batman’s upcoming public appearances, then tries to steal the cowl at each event. After two failed attempts, the Hatter successfully steals the cowl by making it radioactive. Batman uses a geiger counter to track the cowl back to the Hatter’s hide-out. He then disarms the crook and retrieves his stolen mask.
