Synopsis:
While pursuing a gang of warehouse thieves, Green Arrow receives the assistance of a masked man called the Red Dart. After the Red Dart aids Green Arrow on another case, Green Arrow thanks the new hero. However, the Red Dart is really ex-con Midas Mallory. Mallory is using his Red Dart cover to set up a big gold robbery.

When Mallory's gang starts the robbery, Green Arrow goes after them. Red Dart creates a smokescreen to shield his men and fool Green Arrow. However, Green Arrow deduced the crook's real identity. He doesn't fall for Mallory's trick and captures the criminal and his gang.
