Synopsis:
The city is plagued by underground intrusions by two mole men. Scientists believe the mole men are a peaceful underground race, so they advise Green Arrow not to attack them. However, the emerald archer follows the creatures when they return underground and finds that they are really disguised crooks. He then captures them.
