Synopsis:
While vacationing on a plantation, Oliver Queen and Roy Harper witness the eruption of a nearby volcano. From out of the volcano’s crater a huge fire-breathing dinosaur emerges. Green Arrow and Speedy distract the monster while the people in the village escape.

The Amazing Archers are captured by the dinosaur and taken inside, where they learn it is a machine built by crooks. The crooks have also faked the volcanic eruption to frighten the villagers into leaving their homes. With the villagers away, the crooks loot the village. Green Arrow is able to escape from his captors and defeat the crooks. The dinosaur is then turned over for a children’s display.
