Synopsis:
Green Arrow and Speedy are traveling in the Arrow Plane for a vacation. They have engine trouble and are forced to land in a foreign country. They meet a militia of archers who are trying to repel a dictator, Bracato, from overthrowing their country.

The bowmen agree to help the militia defeat Bracato and his modern army. Using their special arrows, Green Arrow and Speedy are able to stop an enemy patrol, turn back the enemy troops, and finally capture Bracato himself. With the rightful people back in control, the bowmen repair their plane and continue on their vacation.
