Synopsis:
A strange ray from space transforms reformed criminal, Vance Collins, into a creature on a movie billboard. Collins changes back and forth between the creature form and his own, forgetting the events from the alternate form. The creature begins terrorizing the city, and the Jackson Mob utilize the creature’s abilities to commit robberies.

Batman, Robin, and Superman try to stop the creature, but it is equal to Superman in strength. Eventually, the effects of the ray wear off, so Collins works with the heroes to trap the Jackson Mob.
