Synopsis:
Green Arrow and Speedy participate in several psychological reaction experiments. Unknown to the bowmen, their actions are being filmed and studied by a gang of crooks. The crooks use the information to decoy Green Arrow at crime scenes by duplicating the conditions of the tests. Green Arrow catches on to the scheme of the crooks and uses a trail arrow to mark the crooks escape route. He is then able to follow them to their hide-out despite their decoy.
