Synopsis:
A gang of crooks pull a daylight robbery and outwit police officer Charlie Donley. Green Arrow and Speedy catch the bandits, but Donley is forced to take a desk job with the police department. Donley feels disgraced, but later redeems himself by following some crooks and preventing Green Arrow from driving over a land mine they planted to kill the archer. Donley is proclaimed a hero for his efforts against the crooks.
