Synopsis:
When the other convicts in prison claim that several popular comedians are funnier than the Joker, the Clown Prince escapes from jail. He then sets out to upstage the other comics and prove that he is the world's greatest comedian. Batman disguises himself as Harley Hapless at a comedy show and waits for the Joker to arrive. When the clown makes an appearance Batman goes after him. The Joker throws a trophy at Batman, but it is deflected and knocks him out. The Joker is then sent back to jail after his defeat by the comedy trophy he had hoped to win.
