Synopsis:
Green Arrow and Speedy rescue two kidnapped scientists from a gang of crooks. However, Miss Arrowette shows the archers that it was a ruse when she notices that the Arrow-Plane has no bullet holes.

Green Arrow realizes that the men he rescued were imposters sent to steal the inventions of the scientists. The crooks escape, but Miss Arrowette leaves a trail for the archers to follow when she is kidnapped. Green Arrow and Speedy rescue her and stop the criminal plot to use the inventions in a daring robbery.
