Synopsis:
Batman is wanted by the police. Robin and Bat-Hound try to track him down. Batman eludes capture and meets up with Nifty Blake, an underworld mobster. He shows Nifty his face and explains that he is Frank Tyler, a murder suspect. Nifty takes Batman to his boss, where Batman turns around and captures the gang. Batman was not really a criminal; it was just a plan to trap the gang.
