Synopsis:
Kite-Man, a costumed crook using kites to commit his crimes, begins a crime spree in Gotham. Batman and Robin catch up to the crook at a ski-show shortly after Kite-Man has broken a gangster out of prison. Batman is captured and imprisoned. He manages to signal Robin with a kite of his own and together they stop the gangsters and Kite-Man.
