Synopsis:
Crooks use a series of children's toy tops for crime. Robotman makes the connection between the crooks and the tops after a fur store robbery. He visits the workshop of the top maker and finds one of the crooks. However, he is blinded while trying to capture the crook.

Robbie then acts as Robotman's eyes. Together they track the crooks to the site of their next robbery. This time, Robotman successfully apprehends the thieves.
