Synopsis:
Batman is enlarged to thirty feet tall by a maximizer ray. A crook has stolen the minimizer, which is the only thing that can restore the Caped Crusader to normal. Batman becomes a menace, but eventually lures the crooks, Jay Vanney, out of hiding. He enlarges Vanney, and the giants fight a battle. Robin finds the minimizer and uses it on both men. The inventions then burn out and will never work again.
