Part II:"The Menaces of Might"

This story is continued from World's Finest Comics #189.

Synopsis:
Superman's organs have been transplanted into four criminals who now have super powers. Batman and Robin try to stop the crooks, but they are unsuccessful. Meanwhile Luthor, who performed the transplants, plots to use Superman's heart himself. However, he deduces that the organs did not really come from Superman. The Man of Steel is still alive. He and Batman used the hoax to draw out the Big Four Syndicate. The crooks lose their powers when the implanted organs are rejected by their bodies. Ace Shane dies as a result, but the others are taken into custody.
