Synopsis:
Batman encounters a panicked woman who claims her husband is in danger. She leads Batman to a house. Through a window Batman observes a strange group of people who pantomime playing instruments and eating food. When the woman's husband Stephen Grey refuses to cooperate, they try to kill him. Batman intervenes and a fight begins.

Michelle, the leader of the group which calls itself the Futurians declares Batman to be the leader they sought. She places a crown on his head which tightens suddenly and knocks him out. The Futurians then box Batman in a coffin and submerge it in water. Batman escapes which fulfills their crazy test. He then captures the group and completes the rescue of Stephen Grey who apparently summoned Batman with a psychic call.
