Synopsis:
The Ghost Patrol meet a bricklayer from Argus City. The bricklayer tells them that the mayor and his partner have swindled the city by building a new railroad station with insufficient funds and materials, then kept the extra for themselves. The Ghost Patrol goes into action exposes the grafting of the mayor and preventing his reelection.
