Synopsis:
Jimmy Olsen goes undercover to smoke out the leader of a shoplifting gang. Jimmy disguises himself as Phantom Fingers, a famous shoplifter and performs three thefts. Another Phantom Fingers shows up exposing Jimmy, but the new crook is really Superman. The gang is caught, and Jimmy is rescued.
