Synopsis:
When two enemy fighters attack the airfield, Lt. Steve Savage takes to the air to shoot them down. He loses his own plane in the process and is reprimanded by the Major. Later, Steve learns about an enemy bombing raid and takes the Major's plane into the skies to shoot them down.

When his plane is temporarily forced down, he lands outside a French town. He visits the local bar and meets a waitress there. The next day, he offers to give her a ride in the plane. While in the sky, he is attacked by enemy fighters. The waitress is hit and killed, but Savage survives and shoots down the enemy planes.
