Synopsis:
Dawn Burton, a senator's daughter, boards the ship of the Rajah of Joon for a night of fun and gambling. However, the Rajah is actually the notorious pirate Black Jack. He kidnaps Dawn and holds her for ransom.

Aquaman fishes Dawn's date out of the water where Black Jack's men tossed him. He then boards the ship, disguised as a wealthy gambler. The pirates capture him, but Aquaman escapes, rescues Dawn, and sets fire to the ship. As the ship goes down, Aquaman apprehends Black Jack.
