Synopsis:
A timber wolf escapes from the circus into a nearby forest. Rex and Danny begin to evacuate the area, but Rex is forced to save a camper who has fallen into the river. Rex saves the camper, but he goes over a waterfall and is lost.

Rex befriends a fawn in the forest. He protects her from a mountain lion and a bear. When the escaped wolf leads his pack against Rex, the Wonder Dog defeats the leader, discouraging the rest of the pack. Rex is later reunited safely with Danny.
