Synopsis:
Doctor-7 escapes from prison, then disappears. Mark Merlin interrupts his search for Doctor-7 to expose a phony fortune teller, Dr. Krano who claims he can tell a man's future by the bump on his skull. Mark secures a hidden document wirtten by Count Von Lundorf which proves his claim that Krano is a fake. Krano then reveals himself as Doctor-7. Mark captures his foe, and convinces those people fooled by Krano, that his forecasts were phony.
