Synopsis:
As Bruce Wayne's birthday approaches Dick Grayson wants to give him a unique gift. He decides to give Bruce a challenge. Robin steals a trophy from the Batcave and challenges Batman to catch him. Batman chases Robin around town until he eventually corners his partner on a rooftop. Batman doesn't want the challenge to end so quickly, so he lets Robin escape.

However, crooks, robbing a nearby safe, see Batman and capture him. Robin wonders why Batman is not pursuing him, so he goes back. He sees his friend's predicament and gives Batman the means to escape from the crooks. Eventually Batman catches Robin, but at Bruce's birthday dinner he tells his guardian that he helped Batman escape.
