Synopsis:
Tomahawk allows himself to be falsely arrested for poaching on the lands of Governor Brockhurst. He is sent to a jail cell full of men who have been dishonestly incarcerated. Tomahawk arranges for the men to escape. He the leads the former prisoners into battle against pirates who have been raiding the coast under the command of Governor Brockhurst. With the pirates defeated, Tomahawk takes his evidence against the governor to the courts. The escaped men are declared free and Brockhurst is sent back to England for trial.
