Synopsis:
Captain Storm's PT boat encounters and destroys and enemy destroyer and submarine. During the fight, Storm's lieutenant seems eager to take command. Storm promises that someday the boy will be given his chance to command.

When the PT boat next encounters enemy fire, the lieutenant is forced to take over for a wounded gunner. The lieutenant is fired upon, and heavily wounded. Storm helps the kid shoot down an enemy plane and allows him to give the order to take out an enemy ship. The lieutenant dies, but not before he was given his chance to command.
