Synopsis:
A new junior officer is assigned to PT-47. The officer is disappointed with his post, since he wanted destroyer duty. During the officer's first mission with Captain Storm, the P.T. boat falls under enemy attack. Three brave crewmen sacrifice their own lives to save the lives of their shipmates. PT-47 is sunk, leaving only Captain Storm and the junior officer alive. Working together, they destroy an enemy sub using a depth charge. Storm then offers the officer three medals, but the officer gives the medals to his fallen shipmates and decides to stay with Captain Storm on his next command.
