History:
A master of the martial arts, Manchurian-born Wu Cheng is a small package that packs a big wallop. Chop-Chop's family lost their home during the Japanese-Chinese armistice, and he traveled throughout Europe before finding a new home with the Blackhawks. Sometime in 1940, Wu Cheng left the Blackhawks.

Later in the war the Blackhawks met Liu Huang while in China. Liu soon joined the team and took the name of his predecessor, Chop Chop.
