History:
Doctor Cyber first came to public attention during that period when Diana Prince had sacrificed her super-powered identity as Wonder Woman and was operating as an independent agent. Originally a stunningly beautiful woman who commanded a worldwide network of secret operatives, Cyber was hideously disfigured during one of her many confrontations with Diana Prince when a dying Chinese Tong gunman hurled a brazier of red-hot coals into her face.

Vowing vengeance against Diana, Cyber has returned to challenge her many times over the years, long after Diana regained her super-powers and resumed her career as Wonder Woman. At one point, Cyber intended to have her brilliant brain transplanted from her disfigured body into Wonder Woman's perfect form. Another time, Cyber disguised herself as her arch-foe and framed Diana Prince as a traitor to her country. Attempting to flee from Wonder Woman in a damaged rocket-sled, Doctor Cyber crashed into a cliffside and was apparently destroyed in the resultant explosion.

Powers:
An Olympic-level athlete and superior hand-to-hand combatant, Doctor Cyber also wears a suit of body armor that gives her almost superhuman strength and endurance. Cyber is also a world-class scientist and has surrounded herself with an aresenal of state-of-the-art weaponry, including laser pistols, an invisibility screen, rocket-sleds, and robot assassins constructed in the forms of various animals and insects. Cyber's armor is also capable of absorbing all forms of energy fired against it and returning such energy at her attackers.
